These protocols strictly govern your acquisition of physical assets, digital services, and premium escapes within the curated Rexius Lited Ecosystem.
01 Governance & System Access
Welcome to the Rexius Lited Commerce Hub. By accessing this platform, initiating a Secure Checkout, or acquiring any asset, you implicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree to these structural protocols, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing the commerce node.
Rexius Lited reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these protocols by broadcasting updates to our ecosystem. It remains your responsibility to verify modifications prior to executing new transactions.
02 Asset Acquisition & Verification
When you transmit an order through our system, you initiate a binding request to acquire selected assets. Rexius Lited reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit your request at our sole executive discretion. We may, without liability, restrict quantities authorized per identity, billing address, or transaction.
In the event that an anomaly triggers an order override or cancellation, our Command Node will immediately attempt to notify you via the encrypted email address provided during transmission.
03 Valuation & Secure Routing
All valuations are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless dynamically adjusted by our international routing systems. Rexius Lited reserves the right to calibrate asset pricing dynamically based on market fluctuations, architectural scarcity, and global supply chain metrics without prior notice.
You agree to provide current, comprehensive, and hyper-accurate billing details for all acquisitions. Secure financial routing is processed via verified third-party gateways (M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard) adhering to the strictest global PCI compliance standards.
04 Dispatch & Global Logistics
Physical assets within the Fashion and Tech divisions are dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment verification. Delivery timelines are infrastructural estimates and depend entirely on your designated geographic node. The risk of loss and physical title transfers to you the moment we hand the asset to the primary carrier.
You may monitor your dispatch status in real-time via the Track Portal using your securely designated Receipt Reference.
05 Digital Architecture & Services
The Rexius Ecosystem includes non-physical assets, encompassing Business Consulting and Travel Escapes. These specialized acquisitions are subject to "Itinerary Locks." Once a digital asset is transmitted or a service schedule is finalized, modifications may incur structural restructuring fees.
Digital intelligence, project briefs, and strategy blueprints procured through our network remain the intellectual property of Rexius Lited until execution is finalized.
06 Quality Assurance & Reversals
Excellence is not a metric; it is a guarantee. If a physical asset arrives structurally compromised or fundamentally deviates from its ecosystem profile, a formal anomaly report must be filed through the HQ Communications Hub within 24 hours of documented delivery.
Eligible physical returns must remain unutilized and housed in their original premium packaging. Given the bespoke nature of our Consulting and Travel portfolios, these specific assets are strictly non-refundable, subject to executive review only in cases of severe system failure.
07 Jurisdiction & Liability Bounds
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Rexius Lited, our directors, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages—including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, or data loss—arising from your utilization of any service or asset procured from this platform.
